[WIWI-M-04S03-MA] Seminar International Marketing




To participate in the International Marketing seminar in the winter semester 2022/2023, please apply by email by Monday, October 10th, 2022. Please address your application to Maryna Shevchenko mshevchenko@uni-osnabrueck.de. The application must be accompanied by a current transcript of records in pdf format. Applications without a transcript will be excluded from the process.

The number of places in this course is limited to 24 in total. The seminar belongs to the area of management. 5 ECTS can be obtained. The participants will be chosen based on their academic performance.

Introductory event and topic presentation will be held on Thursday, October 13 via BBB-Meeting. Opium registration will be open most likely from October 13th till October 28th.

Qualification objectives: International Marketing Seminar is designed to raise students’ awareness of the importance of considering the scope and challenges of international marketing, the dynamic environment of international business, opportunities and threats on global markets. Particular emphasis is placed on gathering international market intelligence, identifying current issues impacting on organizations operating internationally and developing competitive international marketing strategies.

Students shall improve their methodological knowledge of scientific work by writing a term paper and by preparing a presentation, and to develop their communication and time-management skills through preparing a presentation.
