Microeconomics Masters Seminar SS 2026
Topics in Experimental Economics

Capacity for this seminar is limited to 24 students.
The application procedure is as follows:

1. Applications open on 12th January 2026.
2. Application deadline ist 17th March 2026 at 23.59.
3. Successful applications will be informed directly by email and must confirm their acceptance according to instructions in that email.
4. If you applied to a seminar at another Chair and have been notified that you were not allocated a place, and if there is remaining capacity at the Mikro Chair, you may apply for a place at the Mikro Chair. The deadline is 24th March 2026 at 23.59.
5. Applications outside of these times will not be accepted for any reason.
6. Applications should be made by email to dorothee.moellmann@uos.de. Failure to do this, or emailing applications to anyone else, invalidates the application.
7. We ask that you attach your current grade transcript to the email.
8. The seminar is an advanced research-based module for people with previous experience of Experimental and/or Behavioural economics. The module requires that applicants have successfully completed the Methoden module at the time of application and can demonstrate experience in experimental and/or behavioural economics. You must be in possession of your Methoden grade to apply for this seminar. i.e. "waiting" to receive your grade is insufficient. In your email you should indicate what your experience is (e.g. undergraduate modules taken, WIWI-M-20001-EC: Mikroökonomik M I).
9. Places will be allocated in the order in which we receive applications.
10. We will inform you by email if your application has been successful and require that you confirm acceptance of that place by the deadline stated in that email.
11. Attendance at seminar meetings is compulsory.
