course number

semester
WiSe 2025/26
lecturer
description
The course relies on the students' own initiative. They work on a case study on their own within the semester and present their results at the end of the semester.
First, a theoretical introduction to the topic "Content Management and E-Collaboration with Microsoft 365" is given in an introductory session. In this session, the general functional areas of the system will be discussed and then illustrated with concrete examples.
The introductory event takes place as a block event on one day at the beginning of the semester and is held in cooperation with our partner LM IT Services AG.
At the end of the course, a case study is handed out for processing in order to consolidate what has been learned. The case study consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The case study is worked on by the students in the course of the semester. There are no regular attendance events. Any questions that arise while working on the case study are discussed with the lecturers in individually agreed appointments.
Towards the end of the semester (usually between the examination dates), an attendance event takes place at the business premises of the practice partner, in which the students present the results of the case study.
The event thus includes 2 attendance dates. In the remaining time the students have to work on the case study in small groups (3-5 persons) on their own. In case of problems, we and the practice partner are of course available at any time.
