This English language course covers selected topics in Management Accounting and Control, with a focus on Coordination and Incentives. The course textbook is Merchant and van der Stede: Management Control Systems.

The course will be in presence, not online, unless university administration fails to provide a room.

The course is a combination of lectures and case discussions. Students have to prepare business cases and present these cases in the meetings. There is no separate exercise to the course, but the exercise parts of the course are included in the regular meetings.

After successfully participating in the course, you receive 5 ECTS-points for a Master module.
Successful participation requires you to prepare casework and pass an exam.
