12. January 2022 : Practical lecture on Human Resource Management

Today a virtual lecture of our practice partner Sievert SE took place in the context of our bachelor course "Human Resources Management". CHRO Dr. Ralf Schmechta talked about his work in the field of Human Resources & Organisation, the Footstep-Management concept, talent management and culture development.
