14. January 2021 : Practical lecture on personnel management

Today a virtual lecture of our practice partner Sievert SE took place in the context of our bachelor course "Human Resources Management". CHRO Dr. Ralf Schmechta talked about his work in the field of Human Resources & Organisation, the Footstep-Management concept and the employee life cycle. With well over 100 participants, the lecture was very well attended, interesting and informative. Many thanks to the speaker!
