Remote Leadership Study

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of employees who regularly work virtually (e.g. from the home office) has (compulsorily) multiplied. We - from the Department of Corporate Management at the University of Osnabrück - would like to use this special situation to better understand what experiences employees have had with virtual leadership. Further information on the study can be found in the Flyer, direct participation is possible here.

If you have any questions, please contact Dominik Hüttemann, M.Sc.

LinkedIn Study

In order to better understand how personality traits relate to LinkedIn profiles and how judgements are made based on LinkedIn profiles, the Department of Business Management, in cooperation with the University of St. Gallen, is conducting a LinkedIn Study (LIS). By participating in the LIS, you have the opportunity to receive feedback on your individual personality traits and skills. Further information can be found in the flyer, direct participation is possible here.

If you have any questions, please contact Tobias Marc Härtel, M.Sc.

Compensated Online Group Interaction Study

In order to investigate the understanding of people's behaviour in online groups in different roles and situations and how this behaviour is perceived by other group members, the Department of Corporate Management, in cooperation with the University of Münster, is conducting an online experiment. In addition to remuneration, there is the opportunity to gain experience in group tasks, as well as to receive individual feedback on leadership style. Further information can be found in the flyer, direct participation is possible here.

If you have any questions about the study, please contact Tobias Marc Härtel, M.Sc.
