29. September 2014 : Completed Research Paper accepted at International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2014 in Auckland, New Zealand!
We are proud to announce that the paper "’May I help You?’ Increasing Trust in Cloud Computing Providers through Social Presence and the Reduction of Information Overload" was accepted for publication at the 35th International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS 2014), to be held in Auckland, New Zealand, from December 14-17, 2014
The paper originates from a cooperation by Marc Walterbusch and Frank Teuteberg with the University of Münster, namely Nicolai Walter, Ayten Öksüz and Jörg Becker from the Research Training Group “Trust and Communication in a Digitized World”, who examine how trust can be developed and maintained under the conditions of new forms of communication. ICIS is the most prestigious conference in the Information Systems discipline (this year around 1300 paper submissions, acceptance rate approx. 25 %, over 1,000 IS academic professionals participate in the conference program (each year); rating of “A” in VHB Jourqual2, TOP 5 publication outlet in the Information Systems discipline (TR 4), JQ2: 8,48).
